Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects in UAE.
• Have NEBOSH IGC certificate.
• Have bachelor’s degree in any engineering fields.
• Experience in buildings and infrastructure (preferred in piping, network, pumping stations, district cooling system, etc).
• Experience in safety requirements of hot work, confined space, working at height, lifting activities, electrical safety, high pressure water pipe, chemical handling, etc.
• Awareness about the local rules and regulations.
• Having other HSE certificates will add more value.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to conduct internal training.
• Ability to prepare HSE reports, incident reports, etc.
• Preparation of risk assessment, ERP, WMP, EMP & HSE plan.
• Preparation of HSE inspection checklists.
• Follow up with client HSE Representative.
• Reporting to project manager and QHSE Manager.
• Attend the internal & external HSE audits.
• Follow up for corrective & preventive actions.
• Ensure that all safety facilities are in place like PPE, welfare facilities, etc.
