• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures & compliance • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments & safety audits • Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and standards • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks & training programs • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions • Work closely with operations, site teams & management
