Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to oversee the installation, maintenance of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, Hands on experience with excellent leadership skills, preferable with valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate with subordinates

2. Conduct site visits to inspect and diagnose HVAC system issues with a focus on Chiller and DX type system.

3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.

4. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC Chiller, Pumps and DX split units.

6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

8. Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff.

9. Liaise with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.

10. Manage and control inventory, including ordering spare parts and supplies.

Requirements:

1. Valid driving license (Mandatory)

2. Diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC supervision or a related role

4. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, Hands on experience in Chiller maintenance, troubleshoot, installation, and repair

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols

8. Proficient in MS Office and HVAC software applications
