Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial AC & Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including large-scale cooling equipment and associated components. The Industrial AC & Refrigeration Mechanic will ensure the systems run efficiently and effectively to support our industrial operations while following safety and regulatory standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of formal training in HVAC/R systems or mechanical maintenance is required.
• Compressor Overhauling.
• Compressor Replacement
• At least 1-3 years of experience in industrial HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills with experience working on industrial refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and large-scale cooling equipment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including compressors, cooling towers, evaporators, and refrigeration circuits.
• Familiarity with handling refrigerants and knowledge of environmental and safety standards
• Strong understanding of HVAC/R components such as thermostats, pressure valves, and expansion valves.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
