Albal Design Studio is seeking a talented Emirati Interior Designer to join our creative team in Dubai. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion, blending modern design principles with traditional Emirati aesthetics to create meaningful and inspiring spaces.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Client Consultation: Engage confidently with clients in Arabic, understanding their lifestyle needs and design aspirations while maintaining long-term professional relationships.

• Space Planning: Analyze spatial requirements and circulation patterns to develop functional and well-balanced layouts.

• Concept & Design Development: Craft creative design narratives supported by conceptual sketches, mood boards, and visual presentations that reflect cultural identity and project objectives.

• Material & Finish Selection: Curate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that enhance the design intent while ensuring harmony, sustainability, and cultural relevance.

• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality and timely execution.

• Regulatory Coordination: Ensure all design and documentation adhere to UAE building codes, safety standards, and local authority regulations.

• Execution & Site Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, conducting regular site visits to maintain design integrity throughout project execution.
