We are looking for a skilled Interior Draughtsman with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and technical designs for interior fit-out and design projects. They will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure precision in the execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans for interior projects, including commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and client requirements.
• Review and modify drawings based on feedback from clients, designers, and engineering teams.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all drawings are compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing material lists and specifications as required for project execution.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for site-specific requirements and ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Conduct on-site measurements and visits to ensure accuracy and alignment with design plans.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and assist in solving any design-related issues during project implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as an Interior Draughtsman, preferably in fit-out and interior design projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software like SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
Knowledge of 3D modeling software is an added advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, construction details, and fit-out procedures.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in creating accurate technical drawings.

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in interior fit-outs, space planning, and working with architects/designers.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar or GCC.

Familiarity with project management tools and workflow processes.
