We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Analyst and Business Proposal Specialist to join our investment company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing potential business opportunities and proposing investments to the company. You will also play a critical role in preparing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and other investment-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of various industries and markets to identify potential investment opportunities.
Assess the financial viability and growth prospects of target businesses, including financial statement analysis and performance evaluation.

Investment Proposal Preparation:
Develop comprehensive investment proposals, outlining the potential benefits, risks, and financial implications of proposed investments.
Create financial models and projections to support investment decisions.
Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment with the company's investment strategy.

Due Diligence:
Lead due diligence efforts by examining legal, financial, and operational aspects of target companies.
Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with investments.

Documentation:
Prepare and review Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Joint Venture (JV) agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurate and in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure the legality and compliance of investment agreements.

Presentation:
Present investment proposals to the company's senior management and investment committee.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and strategic benefits of proposed investments.
