Roles & Responsibilities

IT Administration & Support:

  • Provide Desktop & Network support for the users based on the Helpdesk Call ( L1 Support )
  • Manage and maintain the complete end users accounts information’s
  • Creating the company access cards and ID cards
  • Recurring support calls to be avoided, escalate to next level – L2 incase failing to rectify the issue.

Asset Management/ Documentations

  • Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded, Labeled and updated/removed when required in the System.
  • All the licensing documents should be recorded in the system as well as in the file.
  • All the IT Operational forms to be documented in the file
  • Compliance to all QMS procedures.

CAFM Administration & Support

  • In-dept. knowledge in CAFM to support the business continuity ( As a reliever to the CAFM development resource )
  • Hands on CAFM Configuration knowledge to support the business requirements
  • Assisting the ICT Executive to do the further development in CAFM software
  • By the guidance of ICT Executive, you require to implement the project code / Asset register / PPM scheduling in the system

Training and Development:

  • Provide Training to new or existing users on CAFM or any new systems.
  • Provide Training on Mobility for Technicians.
  • Provide new joiners induction program
