- Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and IT equipment.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and security tools.
- Ensure regular backups and restore operations are functioning correctly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and procurement.
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge-sharing purposes.
- Support IT projects and upgrades across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection regulations.
