- Plan and organize daily work schedules to optimize productivity and meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and liaise with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with other departments such as design, production, and quality control to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in joinery and woodworking.
