- Academic Qualified QS Degree / HND.
- Ability to take off Quantities using Autocad & Planswift, preparing BOQ for variations.
- Ability to prepare/negotiate Monthly Payment Application/agree the PC
- Checking Subcontractors Payment Applications and issue Payment Certificates
