- Remotely train and manage survey staff
- Prepare proposals and manage survey projects
- Prepare and process all types of surveys
- Prepare legal descriptions
- Work with boundary, topo, and ALTA surveys; and FEMA flood elevation certificates
- Record and read detailed and accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
- Ensure quality control of record plats, plans, descriptions, and reviews of title commitments
- Other duties as needed
