We are looking for an experienced Lead QA/QC (Multi) professional to join our team and oversee quality operations for major ADNOC fabrication projects. If you have strong expertise in QA/QC management within oil & gas fabrication yards, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Lead QA/QC (Multi-Discipline)
Location: Abu Dhabi – Fabrication Yard
Project: ADNOC Projects
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

� Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team across multi-discipline fabrication activities.
• Ensure all project quality requirements, procedures, and specifications (ADNOC standards) are implemented effectively.
• Conduct material verification, WPS/PQR/WQT review, and welding quality control.
• Oversee inspections, NDT activities, fabrication processes, and final documentation review.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for quality-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and other related documents.
• Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, and ensure continuous quality improvement within the yard.
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC Codes & Standards.

� Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years QA/QC experience in fabrication yards for oil & gas.
• Strong exposure to ADNOC projects is mandatory.
• Certifications: CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS-CWI, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of welding, NDT, steel structures, piping, and modular fabrication.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
