Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate offers and finalize lease or sale agreements in line with company policies.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare and manage property listings across online platforms and marketing channels.
Coordinate with the property management team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
