Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, including planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and warehouse operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and minimize costs while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
Manage and negotiate contracts with transportation providers and other logistics service providers.
Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accurate inventory tracking and minimize stockouts.
Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and implement relevant changes.
Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing logistics operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in logistics management software and systems.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
