We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at a chemical manufacturing plant in Abu Dhabi.

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of materials and products.
• Handle warehousing operations, including managing storage, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform internal and external inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi and regional logistics regulations, maintaining a high standard of safety and regulatory adherence.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and addressing customer inquiries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to coordinate and optimize logistics processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure proper documentation and handling of goods.
• Manage and track shipments through various transportation modes, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage logistics and distribution data, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that all logistics activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
