We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Lead / Manager to drive growth for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company entering the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling SaaS solutions, managing long sales cycles, and building relationships with senior decision-makers.


  • Drive the go-to-market strategy in the UAE
  • Generate and close B2B sales opportunities through outbound, inbound, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, HR leaders, and Procurement teams
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, demos, proposals, and closures
  • Collaborate with delivery, finance, and marketing teams to ensure client success
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Share market insights to influence pricing, partnerships, and product positioning
