The role combines business development, international sales travel, client management, and backend coordination. The Sales Manager will also manage the Dubai showroom executive, ensuring smooth customer handling and lead flow.Key Responsibilities
- Market Development – Saudi & GCC:Travel frequently (12–20 days/month) across Saudi & other GCC countries.
Identify distributors, wholesalers, retailers for auto accessories (LEDs, Androids, dashcams, vipers, horns etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships, invite prospects to Dubai showroom.
Sales & Exports Execution:Convert showroom leads and field contacts into bulk export orders.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close B2B deals.
Handle export documentation, invoicing, shipping & logistics coordination with backend teams.
Showroom & Team Management:Manage one showroom executive, ensuring smooth handling of walk-in customers & lead transfers.
Train and guide the team on customer handling and product knowledge.
African Market Exposure (Preferred):Explore East African markets (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda) for export opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination:Regularly update management on sales pipeline, order bookings, and market trends.
Collaborate with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
