Foster and strengthen strong client relationships. Develop strategies for marketing plans and branding campaigns to maximize target market reach. Identify newly established businesses and organize promotional programs to attract new client registrations and achieve set goals. Build a strong client base through outstanding market knowledge, sales skills, and excellent customer service. Organize and conduct meetings, presentations, and briefing sessions with authorized partners. Responsible for incentives and approvals for both new and existing clients. Identify potential opportunities and follow up to generate new sales. Work closely with Account Managers and the Sales Administration team. Market and promote completed and off-plan properties to existing clients and potential global investors through corporate brokers. Travel on business trips to targeted markets and meet with clients.
