- Modify existing designs to meet project requirements
- Create bills of materials and cost estimates for mechanical systems
- Perform quality checks on completed drawings and designs
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all designs and drawings
- Provide support to manufacturing and production teams during build and testing phases
- Continuously update knowledge of industry developments and technological advancements
