Supervise and monitor mechanical works at site such as HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and mechanical equipment installation. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and material requests. Ensure all mechanical works comply with UAE codes, safety rules, and project QA/QC standards. Perform site inspections, material inspections, and verify work quality. Assist in testing & commissioning of mechanical systems. Identify design issues and propose technical solutions to site challenges. Attend site meetings and coordinate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams. Verify and ensure proper installation of pumps, ducts, piping, valves, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and other mechanical equipment.
