Review and monitor EPC Contractors piping design deliverables, including isometrics, GA drawings, stress analysis, and material specifications. Review design elements for gas/steam turbines, HRSG, condensers, pumps, valves, and auxiliary mechanical equipment. Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, EN). Validate technical solutions for piping routing, pipe supports, and equipment interfaces. Supervise piping fabrication and erection at site. Ensure installation follows approved drawings, procedures, and quality plans. Review and comment on Method Statements and ITPs. Participate in inspections and witness testing such as hydrotests, flushing, and NDT. Monitor workmanship quality, identify non-conformances, and follow up on corrective actions. Promote and enforce HSSE standards; participate in safety walks and Toolbox Talks. Take active responsibility for personal and team safety, adhering to all HSSE requirements. Report unsafe acts, hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately. Track and report progress of piping activities, identifying risks or schedule delays. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines. Support resolution of technical queries and construction challenges. Review as-built documents, test reports, and turnover packages. Ensure all documentation is complete for project close-out and commissioning readiness. Prepare weekly progress reports outlining key issues, risks, and achievements. Comply with all safe work instructions, permit requirements, and HSSE procedures. Attend required HSSE training, toolbox meetings, and internal coordination sessions.
