Immediate Joiners Preferred - Process medical insurance claims by reviewing medical records and contacting providers regarding coverage issues.
- Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth claim processing.
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Keep the team updated on current happenings and changes in insurance practices.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure efficient booking for clients.
- Follow up on both internal and external insurance procedures and claim statuses.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding claims follow-up.
