Job Description We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with strong swimming pool project experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, installation, and supervision of MEP systems related to swimming pools, water features, and associated building services. Key Responsibilities Review, coordinate, and implement MEP works for swimming pools, including filtration, circulation, dosing systems, and pool accessories. Supervise installation of pool pumps, filters, heaters, balance tanks, piping, and electrical systems. Ensure compliance with project specifications, shop drawings, and local authority requirements. Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams on site. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of pool systems. Troubleshoot technical issues related to pool MEP systems. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are followed on site. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of MEP experience, with proven swimming pool projects experience (mandatory). Strong knowledge of: Pool circulation & filtration systems Chemical dosing systems HVAC and electrical coordination for pool areas Plumbing & drainage systems Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is an advantage). Familiar with local authority approvals (e.g., municipality, civil defense – if applicable). Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience in pool contracting or specialist pool companies Site-based project experience Immediate or short notice availability
