- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project milestones and deadlines.
- Manage procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery.
- Lead project meetings, presenting updates and coordinating efforts among team members and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Prepare and analyze project documentation, including budgets, reports, and change orders, for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technologies to optimize project execution and innovation.
