- Deep sales oriented performer and conduct structured follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Maintain high call volumes and meet daily productivity targets
- Identify client mortgage needs (pre-approval, refinancing, buyout, new purchase)
- Pre-qualify leads based on income, employment, and property requirements
- Explain basic mortgage concepts (DSR, pre-approval, bank criteria)
- Guide clients on required documents before advisor handover
- Update CRM with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-up actions
- Make outbound and inbound calls to new and existing leads
- Coordinate with processing staff advisors to ensure smooth lead transfer
- Track client progress through the mortgage pipeline and obtain hassle-free approval
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UAE mortgage regulations
