Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Engineer to design and implement enterprise-level network infrastructure and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in traditional network infrastructure, on-premise security, and cloud security. The role focuses on implementing robust security controls and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Documentation: Create comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Network & Security Assessment: Lead initiatives to evaluate the existing infrastructure landscape through network and security assessments.
• Implementation: Design and implement enterprise network and security solutions using next-generation firewalls, load balancers, and security tools.
• Data Security & Cryptography: Design and implement data security and cryptography solutions to protect sensitive information.
• Fortinet and Palo Alto Solutions: Support in the design and implementation of network security architectures using Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms.
• Azure Security: Lead the design and implementation of native Azure networking and security components.
• F5 Load Balancing: Design and optimize F5 load balancing solutions for application delivery and security.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design and implement IAM solutions.
• Software-Defined Networking: Deploy and optimize software-defined networking solutions such as NSX and SD-WAN for optimal performance, connectivity, and security.
• Proxy Solutions: Design and implement proxy solutions for web security.
• Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Security Operations Center (SOC): Implement and support SOC tools for threat detection and incident response.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in network and security design and implementation roles.
• Firewalls: Expertise in Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall platforms.
• Cloud Security: Strong knowledge of Azure networking and security services.
• Data Security: Hands-on experience with data security and cryptography solutions.
• Load Balancers: Extensive experience with application delivery controllers such as F5 and Citrix.
• IAM Solutions: Proven experience in IAM and PAM implementation and design.
• SD-WAN & NSX: Background in VMware NSX and/or SD-WAN deployment.
• Proxy Solutions: Experience in implementing web security proxy solutions.
• Compliance Frameworks: Expert knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Vulnerability Management: Experience with vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.

General Skills

• Network Design & Implementation: Expertise in network architecture and implementation.
• Security Compliance: Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with network automation and orchestration.
• Cloud Networking: Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, particularly in Azure.

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CCNP Security or equivalent
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
• Fortinet NSE 7 or higher
• F5 Certified Solution Expert
• Azure Security Engineer Associate
• NSX VCIX or CCIE
