• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door handles, etc.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up for meetings and events.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies stock (e.g., pantry supplies, stationery).
• Run errands for office staff as needed (e.g., making deliveries, buying groceries).
• Help in organizing office events and gatherings.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
