- Provide technical leadership for offshore structural design, analysis, and project execution.
- Lead and supervise engineering teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Develop, review, and approve structural calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform advanced analyses for jackets, piled foundations, topside modules, integrated decks, bridges, flare structures, pipeline risers, and brownfield modifications.
- Oversee installation engineering activities, including float-over and float-off methodologies.
- DNOC, TOTAL, etc.
- Manage weight control engineering, including preparation of estimates, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provide expertise in both pre-service and in-service structural integrity assessments.
- Interface with project management teams, clients, certification authorities, subcontractors, and global work-share offices.
- Drive constructability reviews and ensure safe and cost-effective designs.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases.
