The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organization. This role involves driving operational efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring that all business activities align with the company's strategic goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage operational workflows, and implement solutions to optimize business performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business activities and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, customer service) to ensure effective operational execution.
  • Coordinates with client’s requirements for mobilization.
  • Submission and collection of invoices, checks and timesheets.
  • Maintaining records and preparing necessary operational reports.
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with daily operations.
