What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations and logistics with home care teams, B2B partners, labs, and pharmacies
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and service fulfillment to ensure high reliability and turnaround time
• Lead financial tracking, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation with partners
• Support commercial negotiations and partner onboarding
• Work closely with internal teams (supply, finance, customer care) to ensure operational efficiency
• Solve operational bottlenecks with speed, ownership, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for someone who:

• Is highly organized and thrives in execution-heavy roles
• Has strong communication and follow-up skills — nothing falls through the cracks
• Is fluent in Arabic
• Has 3+ years of relevant experience
• Is comfortable with numbers and understands basic financial workflows (invoicing, collections, reporting)
• Holds a valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
• Is already based in Riyadh
• Is open to a 6-day/week onsite role — this is not remote
• Operates with integrity, discipline, and ownership
• Can navigate ambiguity and figure things out without needing constant direction

Compensation

• Monthly salary: Up to SAR 10,000 based on experience and interview performance
