  • Strong knowledge of both residential commercial building markets and buyers
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present competitive and compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales and secure long-term contracts while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding competitive offerings and adjustments needed to stay ahead in the market.
  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company brands, products, services, and solutions.
