· Prepare the powder booth for painting

· Clean the booth according to the requirements to avoid scrap

· Fill the booth with the required powder paint according to the order and set up the painting parameters

· Check the oven and powder store temperature regularly

· Follow the work instruction and fill the required documents and records

· Check and record the paint thickness regularly and modify the powder booth parameter to reach the ideal layer thickness,

· Realize the malfunction of the system and repair it (for example nozzle failure, leaking air pressure, dirty coating, etc.)

· Cooperate and help the management to find the root cause of production problems and customer claims.

· Painter is responsible to operate the powder booth and ensure a good coating quality based on customer requirements

· cooperate and help maintenance team.

· Monitor powder consumption and powder waste.

· Record all powder data and powder consumption and waste.

· Ensure the conformity to product and process requirements while performing the tasks.

· Follow and adhere to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements as per management's instructions.

· Follow and adhere to the Company policies, rules and procedures.

· Wear the safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) all the times prior to entering plants and other risk areas.
