Perform piping stress analysis for static and dynamic conditions for onshore Oil & Gas facilities
Carry out stress analysis using approved software such as CAESAR II / AutoPIPE
Evaluate piping systems for: Thermal expansion and contraction, Sustained, operating, and occasional loads, Wind, seismic, slug, and relief valve loads
Design and review pipe supports, restraints, spring hangers, and expansion loops
Prepare and review stress analysis reports, stress isometrics, and support load data
Coordinate closely with Piping Layout, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Process teams
Ensure compliance with: ASME B31.3 / B31.4 / B31.8, ADNOC Engineering Standards, International codes and project specifications
Review vendor piping stress calculations and support recommendations
Participate in model reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, and design review meetings
Provide engineering support during construction and commissioning phases, as required
Address technical queries, deviations, and site-related stress issues
