• Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform project scheduling, progress measuring and reporting throughout the phases of an EPC project

- Review, verify and compile subcontractors' schedules and progress reports, ensuring compliance with the project's overall schedule and progress measurement procedure

- Measure the EPC progress based on the project weightage management and progress measurement procedure and generate daily, weekly and monthly progress reports

- Monitor and analyse the productivity of various disciplines of the construction phase

- Prepare internal and external progress meeting materials, participate in meetings, and record meeting minutes

- Cooperate with contract management and cost control teams to prepare and update claims

- Record and archive historical information on the project in various formats
