Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Hire, train, and supervise plant operators, shift supervisors, and maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Oversee the maintenance of specialized equipment like shredders, furnaces, and casting machines to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Ensure the final refined lead and alloy ingots meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Manage the operational budget, including raw material inventory (scrap lead), labour, and repair expenses.

Good knowledge in Spectrometer (Spectro analytical instruments) and XRF.

Calculation of charge materials to produce the lead alloy ingots depending upon the customer requirements.

Inspection of incoming raw materials quality and check the chemical analysis of individual materials.

Closely work with the procurement department to identify broken stock contingency plan.
