What we are looking for:

As a PMO Director, you will drive the expansion of Fichtner’s stand-alone PMO services in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. You will advise clients on tailor-made PMO solutions, deploy and manage expert teams, and ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will establish internal structures, foster continuous improvement, and build a strong PMO organization through recruitment, training, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the growth and expansion of Fichtner’s PMO services in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

- Advise clients on customized PMO solutions, ensuring optimal project governance and execution.

- Deploy, oversee, and support project teams, ensuring smooth PMO operations.

- Establish and continuously *improve internal structures, processes, and training* programs for a robust PMO organization.

- Recruit and develop in-house talent while maintaining a strong partner network.

- Actively contribute to business development, identifying and securing new opportunities in the region.
