Prepare accurate project plans, technical designs, and schematics using AutoCAD. Handle design and estimation for all ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Parking Management, Structured Cabling, SMATV, IPTV, AV Systems, Nurse Call, Bell System, etc.). Prepare technical submittals for bid submissions. Support the sales team in meetings with customers, provide technical presentations, and deliver value-engineered solutions. Develop system architecture designs, sourcing plans, and supplier relations. Coordinate with third parties, customers, and internal teams to ensure scope and timelines are met. Maintain estimation data, prepare BOQs, and ensure accurate cost proposals. Provide technical assistance, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept trials. Collaborate closely with sales staff to drive business opportunities.
