· Preparing of Techno-Commercial Proposal based on the Layout drawings/ BOQ & specifications.

· Reviewing & validating the received documents including specifications, drawings, etc., and collecting the necessary information & documents from Sales Team as required to complete the estimation.

· Coordinating with the Manufacturer/local suppliers for technical documents/support.

· Coordinating for Shop drawings and Technical Submittals with the Drafting and Post-Sales teams respectively.

· Preparing of final proposal as per Approved Technical Submittals, Shop drawings and Material Sample approval and placing order in ERP.

· Maintaining proper documentation on all the projects handled, for future reference and project execution.

· Extensive knowledge in Design, Value engineering for estimating Life Safety systems.

· Excellent knowledge of UAE Fire Codes & NFPA requirements.

· Knowledge of Lux calculations, Aspire Calculations software etc. and hands-on experience with related software.
