- The Superintendent – Process shall be able to lead a team of operational staff to carry out operation of liquid hazardous waste treatment facility, oily waste treatment facility, Class-I Landfill, Class-II Landfill, stabilization & solidification units, process water ponds, land farming, heavy equipment and utilities.
- Oversee daily operations of hazardous waste treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hazardous waste handling, storage, treatment, and disposal to minimize risks.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of waste management facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize waste processing efficiency and reduce operational costs while maintaining safety.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to hazardous waste management activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in hazardous waste management, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Engage with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, representing the organization and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies in hazardous waste management to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for waste management projects, ensuring efficient use of financial and human capital.
