We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer with a deep understanding of the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery in line with project requirements.

• Source and procure materials and services, particularly structural steel, plates, pipes, welding consumables, and fabrication equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery time, and service.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with the production team to align procurement with project timelines and technical specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking to prevent material shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, Qatari regulations, and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and conditions to assess potential impact on procurement and supply chain.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and vendor assessments for management review.
• Handle import/export documentation when required for timely delivery.
