ASTUDIO, the leading digital marketing agency in the region for luxury, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Producer to lead our luxury campaigns.

The role requires a seasoned Producer with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in production planning, management, particularly within the luxury sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer/Managing Partner on portfolio research and development.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, client liaison, freelancer engagement, budgeting, and billing.
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, including flights, accommodation, transport, props, and models.
• Prepare quotes, liaise with clients, and ensure efficient production operations.
• Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Book and manage freelance staff, process contracts, and handle invoices.
• Negotiate model releases, secure locations, and control production spending.
• Supervise profit and loss statements for each production.
• Uphold confidentiality, ASTUDIO production policies, and health and safety standards.
