Must have 8+ years of experience

Mandatory Banking experience (Onboarding, CMS, Lending, Cards etc)

PSPO1/2 certification is good to have

Knowledge of Scrum Metrics (Application-level knowledge)

Hands on Stakeholder Mapping experience

Advanced knowledge of Release Management, Release planning & Release Coordination

Working experience with JIRA (including Dashboarding and Reporting)

Excellent Communication & Consultative Skills
