Coordinate daily activities between Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Stores, and Logistics departments

Monitor end-to-end vehicle manufacturing status and ensure accurate real-time tracking

Develop, maintain, and update live dashboards (Excel / Power BI / ERP systems) reflecting production progress

Track each stage of vehicle assembly and highlight delays or deviations from plan

Provide daily, weekly, and real-time reports to management on production status

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks; escalate issues proactively

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms

Work closely with department heads to gather updates and align production timelines

Support production planning and scheduling activities when required

Maintain proper documentation and historical production data for analysis
