- As a CNC/Machine shop Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC machining processes, ensuring the efficient production of parts & components to meet quality and productivity.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of API threading ( API-7 and API-5CT ) to program, set up and operate CNC machines for production/repair of threaded components.
- Set up and configure CNC machines, including selecting tooling, work holding and fixtures.
- Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure adherence to specification.
- Provide training and guidance to machinists to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of conventional machining techniques, ensuring the efficient production in machine tools including lathes, milling machines, drills and grinding machines to meet production requirements.
- Welding knowledge using SMAW, GTAW techniques is desirable.
- Sale’s co- ordination and ERP related work.
