We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our project in Qatar. You will play a critical role in the success of our projects by defining the scope of the project, its objectives and delivery, arrange and coordinate with project staff, make a budget plan, manage the budget and allocate project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site surveying & coordination and supervision for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works.
• Consult with design and engineering personnel to define production and aesthetic standards for displays.
• You will coordinate with in-house teams/departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview.
• Facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Logging, monitoring and approval of latest drawing and specification releases (direct interface with Design team).
• Issue, in consultation with Project Manager, any NCR's as necessary and monitor timely close out.
• Hold regular meetings to coordinate key design approvals and tasks in alignment with documentation.
• Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure the perfect workflow during all phases of shop drawing, execution, installation and submittal.
