1. Responsible for Projects acquisition by liaising with new Clients and existing Clients consistently,

2. Respond & quote all RFPs/RFQs/queries by collecting prices / evaluating the scope of works / pricing them effectively,

3. Execute the projects and deliver timely at site in line with the Contractual Agreements and obligations

4.Meet cost and revenue targets and enhance customer retention.

5. Ensure that all statutory requirements are met according to the Work Program deadlines for all activities and local authority requirements e.g. Civil Defense, DEWA, Municipality, Trakhees, etc.

6. · Manage & supervise the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. swimming pools, Passenger lifts, Fresh Air Handling units, Fire alarm systems etc. by authorized contractors in line with Company standards and procedures, SLA’s and agreed contractual terms

7. Ensure that all Third & 1st Party equipment certification obtained in accordance to local authority requirements & timeliness.

8. · Recommend Facilities Management Budgets and work plans in order to ensure that all contracts and Projects are carried out within agreed parameters e.g. Cost, Timelines, Service delivery objectives etc.
