- To prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Schedules and review the submitted Schedule by the contractor.
- Monitoring of daily RFI as per project-defined ITPs. Coordination with quality personnel for activity inspection acceptance.
- Monitoring daily construction progress.
- Manpower evaluation for scheduled tasks.
- Review of availability of the latest IF drawings at the site.
- Dealing with all correspondences with clients, Consulting engineers &Others.
- Preparation of bills for submission to the Consultants.
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report.
- Coordinating consultant Engineer for work inspection & approval.
- Assisting & reviewing the Shop Drawing with the technical team as per site condition.
- Preparation of daily work activities
- Monitoring the daily progress report.
- Enforced site Safety work standards & Monitoring targets on work accomplished.
- Prepare variation order.
- Preparing the estimate of all materials of the project.
- Maintain and update the project engineering document register, execution plan, manpower histograms, progress charts.
- Maintain separate records of sample drawings issued by client for easy reference.
- Supervise, maintain and update the yard engineering deliverables and schedule.
- Preparation and submission of the As-built drawings and data in accordance with contract requirements.
- Control and monitor the man-hour consumption versus Project achieved progress, ensure that engineering execution is matching allotted budget and Project schedule.
