Ali and Sons - Real Estate is currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Engineer with a strong consulting background to join our Real Estate Project Management Team in overseeing significant real estate developments across the UAE. As a Project Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, leveraging your expertise to ensure the successful coordination and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide strategic input and support throughout all project phases, from initial planning to project completion.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards in the UAE.
• Utilize your consulting experience to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
• Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to effectively manage expectations and foster positive relationships.
• Oversee the implementation of construction best practices, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and clients.
