URGENT HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL)
Location: Al Omerirah Island, Abu Dhabi

We are urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civilwith 15+ years of proven expertise in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects, preferably within ADNOC environments. The selected candidate will play a key leadership role on a high-visibility project in Al Omerirah Island.

� Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end civil works execution, ensuring the project meets all schedule, quality, HSE, and cost targets. This role demands strong technical capabilities, exceptional leadership, and hands-on experience managing complex EPC construction activities.

� Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all civil construction activities.
• Drive daily site operations in compliance with ADNOC and Técnicas Reunidas standards.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and project interfaces.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and HSE teams for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct progress meetings, prepare technical reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation, manpower planning, and materials management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure safety remains the top priority across all site activities.

� Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / ADNOC civil construction projects.
• Strong background in heavy civil works, structural works, foundations, and marine/industrial construction (advantage).
• Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams in remote site locations.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, project controls, and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Immediate availability for mobilization.
